My Oldest Bestfriend

Well, this one's going to be really long

To my dearest, oldest best friend

Hi, how are you? I know it's been a really long while since i last called you

Tried calling you, but, there was no answer everytime

so, i would like to tell you this

"Selamat Hari Jadi and Selamat Hari Tua :P "

I know I'm not there in Malacca anymore to wish you this, like I've always did when we were in primary school, but you should know, I had NEVER even once forgotten your brithday.

So, our friendship

I met you when we were in primary school, We were in the same class from standard 2 to standard 6 and we started to become best friends when we were in standard four :D 

Being friends with you was fun, exhilarating, meaningful

We were the total opposites  but we had so much in common and that is why we had gotten through all the hardships together

Before I went to my current school, we were inseparable.

Yes we had fights, but we make up after each one.

We had our laughs and our cries

You were always my crying shoulder and the one that I can trust on

We would always be on the phone late at night for hours

Then, I went away

You cried a lot during the day I left.
Though I didn't cry at that time, my heart bleeds and I cried during night

It's so hard to leave everything that you love and cherish behind. 

I am so sorry that I left. Really, from the bottom of my heart.

And, since then, the distance had really kept us apart.

Yes, we still call each other, but you and I know, it's not the same anymore.

And, i missed all the great times that we had 

I know, I can never turn back time, but, I do know there is the future that's waiting for us to carve new memories together

I know, we haven't been seeing each other for about 4 years

but you must know, that you ARE still my bestfriend and WILL always be 

and i hope that our friendship will last till Jannah

have a blast on this precious day

you're only 17 once

though distance had kept us apart, our friendship never dies.

just remember that

and, i do hope that one day, or someday

that we'll be that two girls again

and i pray for the best in your life here and the hereafter.
